Marcus N. Ratcliff focuses his practice on commercial transactions and litigation, representing banks and other financial institutions, along with both small businesses and large companies. In addition to transactional work, he also handles a variety of business and insurance litigation matters.
Marcus is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit, all the U.S. District Courts of Oklahoma—as well as the Muscogee (Creek) Nation and the Cherokee Nation. In addition to membership with the Tulsa County and Oklahoma Bar Association, Marcus is also a member of the Defense Research Institute and American Bar Association.
